RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Karma Kameleon and you are welcome to exchange or return items purchased within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to offer refunds.

ONLINE RETURNS - RETURN ONLINE OR EXCHANGE IN STORE

Orders of full priced items placed online are eligible for exchange in store or online within 14 days of receiving your items, provided the following criteria are met:

  • Your tax invoice can be produced
  • Your items are in their original condition with tags & labels attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained & footwear in it's original box
  • Your item is a full priced item
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage
  • Items can be returned back to us for an in store credit which is valid for 12 months
  • You can create a return within 14 days of receiving your item

In the unlikely event that an item purchased from the Karma Kameleon online store is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Karma Kameleon reserves the right to examine the item in question. 

Refunds can only be provided by returning the product with a completed “Exchange & Return Form”. To obtain a copy of this form Click Here.

Include this form when posting your items to Karma Kameleon.

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.

Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on Promotional Products, Free Gifts or Gift Cards.

To obtain an exchange online, the items must be returned with a completed “Returns & Exchanges Form”. To obtain a copy of this form Click Here.

 If you require an item to be held for an exchange, please email customercare@karmakameleon.com.au with;

  • Your name, contact details and order number
  • Details of the preferred replacement items including name, colour and size

Items purchased on sale at a reduced price are not eligible for refund; unless wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, hats or head scarves.

For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

Karma Kameleon reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Karma Kameleon Representative, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 7 days of the garments arrival at the Karma Kameleon Distribution Centre.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Karma Kameleon will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  2. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  3. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
  4. You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
  5. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Karma Kameleon will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.

N STORE RETURNS

Provided the items are in their original condition with all store swing tags intact and the original purchase receipt can be produced, Karma Kameleon will happily offer an exchange for another size, colour or an alternative product in the Karma Kameleon range if returned within 14 days of purchase. In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued. Karma Kameleon does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases in our retail stores.

In the unlikely event that an item purchased from a Karma Kameleon store is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Karma Kameleon reserves the right to examine the item in question. 

Refunds are not provided where the item is no longer suitable due to its size or colour, or for change of mind purchases. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.  Karma Kameleon is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Should you receive a Promotional Item or a Gift with Purchase, then however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund or credit note, the Promotional Item or Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Promotional Item or Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Promotional Item or Free Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount.  A Karma Kameleon Customer Service representative will contact you in this event. The cost of returning the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser.

 There is no warranty or exchange on Promotional Items and/or Gifts with Purchase.
