All orders over $50 (excluding shipping charge) with a delivery location to Australia will receive complimentary free shipping. All orders under $50 will receive a flat rate charge of $10 shipping, which is applied at cart through the checkout process.
It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why our aim is to despatch orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday on the same day. Metro areas will generally receive next day delivery, while regional areas may take up to 3 days for delivery. Any order placed after 2:00pm AEST or on a weekend will be dispatched the next business day.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally system updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Karma Kameleon cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Currently, Karma Kameleon does not ship internationally, however depending on your delivery location we may be able to assist in certain circumstances. Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry.
In the event we can assist you with International Delivery, please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’ for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Tracking your order
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
Changing your delivery address details
To change your delivery address after placing your order, contact our customer care team at email@example.com with your order number if possible.
Please note, your details can only be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched. You will know when your order has been dispatched once you receive your order acceptance email.
Delivering your order
It is important to leave any specific delivery instructions in the section provided during the checkout process. You can advise at this point if you are happy for your delivery to be left at your address without a signature.
If you have elected to sign for your parcel and you are not there at the time of delivery, you may receive a note advising how to arrange re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery may incur additional charges from the carrier.
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
