How do I return an item?
Returning your Karma Kameleon order is a quick & easy process.
Follow these simple instructions:
If returning for a refund (to the original payment method) you’ll need to pay the $9.95 returns fee (this will be deducted from your refund amount once your return is received) and print your shipping label.

7. Choose Australia Post and e-parcel Post Returns as the shipping option.
If you don't have a printer, show the label at any Post Office and they can print it for you.

You have the option of receiving either a store credit or a refund for your return.
Have you received my return?
Please be aware that our returns may take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days, and we will send you an email notifying you of your successful return. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
Sure! As long as the orders have been placed using the account, we will be able to receive returns from multiple orders in one shipment.
In Store Returns
Provided the items are in their original condition with all store swing tags intact, Karma Kameleon will happily offer an exchange for another size, colour or an alternative product in the Karma Kameleon range if returned within 14 days of purchase. In the event there are no suitable items for exchange, a store credit will be issued. Karma Kameleon does not provide refunds for change of mind in store purchases.
In the unlikely event that an item purchased from a Karma Kameleon store is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Karma Kameleon reserves the right to examine the item in question.
Refunds are not provided where the item is no longer suitable due to its size or colour, or for change of mind purchases. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty. Karma Kameleon is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.
