How do I return an item?
Returning your Karma Kameleon order is a quick & easy process.
Follow these simple instructions:
1. Go to our returns portal here.
2. Find your order.
3. Check that the item/s you want to return is returnable.
4. Select the item/s you'd like to return.
5. Select either store credit, or a refund for your return.
6. Choose a reason for your return.
7. Choose Australia Post and e-parcel Post Returns as the shipping option.
8. Print your return shipping label and attach it to your return parcel. Ensure you don't cover the barcode with sticky tape and remove any existing labelling if you are re-suing a Karma Kameleon satchel.
9. Drop off your return parcel at any Australia Post office or red post box.
If you don't have a printer, show the label at any Post Office and they can print it for you.

We do. All items purchased via our website can be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

You have the option of receiving either a store credit or a refund for your return.

When will I see my store credit?
Within 48 hours of your return reaching our warehouse, your store credit will be processed and emailed to you.

We process your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours of your return reaching our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the payment method used to purchase the item.
Can I return more than one orders in the same package?
Sure! As long as the orders have been placed using the account, we will be able to receive returns from multiple orders in one shipment.

Terms and conditions
Refunds or exchanges are not available on Gift Cards.
Items must be returned in original sale condition. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags and labels attached.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings, hats or head scarves.
