Yes, you can view our size guide online with directions on how to take your measurements.
Our items are usually true to size, however some items may be a smaller fit, but don’t worry, we will specify in the product description how each item fits so that you don’t order something that won’t fit.
The item I want is out of stock. What now?
If one of our items sells out, we may re-order based upon the level of demand. If the item you like is out of stock, contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org, as they can let you know whether we will restock your desired item, or they would love to help you find alternative options.
Do you place items on back order?
Unfortunately, items are not placed on back order, and we try not to advertise products that are not in stock. If the item you like is out of stock, feel free to contact our customer care team at email@example.com, as they can tell you if we will be restocking your desired item, and would be more than happy to help you find alternative products.
Can I place an item on hold or lay-by for purchase at a later date?
We do not offer hold or lay-by through our online store, however, these services are offered at our Karma Kameleon stores.
When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?
We are regularly adding exciting new products to our website. If you are a member of our Karma Kameleon family, you may receive an email notifying you when our new stock is available. If you would like to receive our updates you can register your details to create an account.

Please allow time for the page to load and the item to be placed back in to stock by refreshing your browser. If the item is still unavailable, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Has my order been successful?
Once your order has been successfully received by us, we will send you a conformation email of your placed order. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk folders. Alternatively you can log on to your online account and view your recent orders. If you are still having trouble and you have not received an email, contact our customer care team at email@example.com.
How do I change my order after purchasing?
Our aim is to despatch your order on the same day and as such, once the order has been placed it is unlikely it can be changed. Please contact us immediately on 03 5023 8166 to determine the status of your order. Orders can be sent back to us within 14 days, in Return for a store credit.
How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

What payment types do you accept?
We accept online payments from Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, and payment through Karma Kameleon credit notes.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Securepay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment to guarantee that no one can intercept your credit card details. The payment is protected with a SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

How long does delivery take?
Our aim is to despatch order placed before 2pm on the same day. Metro areas will receive next day delivery, while regional areas may take up to 3 days for delivery. Please see our Delivery page for further information.
How much does delivery cost?
For orders over $50, shipping is free; however any orders under $50 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of $10. Please see our Delivery page for further information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an acceptance and dispatch email, including a tracking ID number and a link, to view and keep track of your order.
How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
To change your delivery address after placing your order, contact our customer care team at email@example.com with your order number if possible.
Please note, your details can only be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched. You will know when your order has been dispatched once you receive your order acceptance email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Karma Kameleon does not ship internationally. However, depending on international interest and demand, we may consider international affairs in the future.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
By default, deliveries will be left unattended at your delivery address, unless you choose otherwise when placing your order. Please see our Delivery page for more information.
How do I return an item?
You are more than welcome to return an item that you have purchased here at Karma Kameleon within 14 days of receipt. To return an item back to us, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy and follow the process relevant to your return requirement.
What are my options when returning an item?
You can return an item for a store credit within 14 days of receipt. If it is more convenient for you, items may also be returned to our retail stores for an exchange or a store credit.
Have you received my return?
Please be aware that our returns may take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days, and we will send you an email notifying you of your successful return. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
What is Karma Kameleon’s returns policy?
In order to return an item to us, the item must be unworn and in original condition, with tags still attached. Items can be returned for a store credit or exchange, either online or in store, within 14 days of receipt. You can view our full Returns and Exchanges Policy online.
Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?
Any items purchased on sale, and earrings, are excluded and cannot be returned.
What if the item is faulty?
We check over all items with the utmost care. If, in the unfortunate case you receive a faulty item that we have missed, please contact us so we can guide you through the faulty item return process. For further information, you can read our Returns and Exchanges Policy on faulty products.
What if I don’t have the original packaging?
We require our items to be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that do not satisfy this requirement.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items and any flash discount sales are excluded from our Returns and Exchanges Policy, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if the item I received is not what I ordered?
In the case that you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving, and we will guide you on what to do next.
How do I create a new account?
When you are on the home page of the Karma Kameleon website, click "Sign in" in the top right corner, then find the "New Customer Sign up" link on the sign in form. Alternatively, when checking out, under the "Billing Address" fields, select the checkbox titled: "Save this information for faster checkout next time".

After signing into your account, find the "View Addresses" link, and then select the "edit" link on the specific address you wish to edit.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive information from us relating to new products and special offers, please use the ‘unsubscribe’ link found at the bottom of our regular emails.
